the staff were amazing throughout my visit. the breakfast was scrumptious with options for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. they catered to gluten intolerance without any fuss. i had a great time partaking in activities available.

i was overcharged multiple times . i received three bills, and each one had errors. a discretionary service charge was added before i even got to the bedroom. this was disappointing.

the staff unloaded our luggage quickly and politely I found the main hotel well maintained. the wedding breakfast took place in the oval room it was gorgeous. the breakfast catered to vegetarians vegans and those intolerant to gluten without any fuss.

The grounds looked fine. It felt calming. The staff worked efficiently to help us with our luggage. They were polite. the breakfast is scrumptious. I loved the variety.

I noticed some consistent overcharging on my bills. This was quite disappointing. I received three separate bills. Each contained errors. I was overcharged by over £200 pounds on a single overnight stay. No proper apology was given.

The team added special touches to the room. The breakfast is excellent! Service overall was really good! The grounds are beautiful for a walk.

Lots of lovely touches, the cards and treats when we arrived (the board game was a great touch) and the staff were very helpful. The grounds were stunningly beautiful and the buggy carts were handy to zip about in quickly when feeling lazy.

i felt enchanted. the staff is super friendly, the most professional i ever encountered. the stables are a short buggy ride from the house, i loved that. taxis for events were organized super fast, and every evening, there was a pianist, wow!

but there were some overcharges on each bill. i had to point it out. no one apologized. it really let the stay down!
